Step 2: Husk separation – separating the shell from the fiber layer

Step 3: Fiber loosening and separation using machinery

Step 4: Drying of coconut fibers

Step 5: Spinning coconut fibers into single yarns using machinery

Step 6: Twisting and braiding single yarns into finished ropes
