COMOON JOINS HUNGHAU FOODS – OPENING A NEW JOURNEY OF DEVELOPMENT WITHIN THE HUNGHAU FMCG GROUP ECOSYSTEM

On May 6, 2025 (the 9th day of the 4th lunar month – an auspicious Bao Quang day), a formal inauguration ceremony was held at the office of COMOON Co., Ltd., marking the official milestone of COMOON joining HungHau Foods Joint Stock Company, a member of HungHau FMCG Group.

The ceremony took place in a warm and solemn atmosphere, with the presence of Mr. Vu Quang Chinh – Executive Chairman of HungHau FMCG Group, together with the Executive Boards of HungHau Foods and COMOON. Traditional rituals were respectfully conducted in full, expressing the collective aspiration for a smooth, prosperous, and successful beginning in this new development phase.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Vu Quang Chinh shared the strategic orientation for COMOON as it becomes part of the FMCG Group ecosystem: “COMOON will not only focus on developing the domestic market but also aim to expand exports to international markets, while deeply developing coconut-based product lines—an area that aligns strongly with the company’s core strengths.”

On the same day, the Executive Boards of HungHau Foods and COMOON completed the handover and integration process and agreed on coordination plans, laying a solid foundation for synchronized and efficient operations within the shared ecosystem.

Joining HungHau Foods marks an important turning point in COMOON’s development journey, opening opportunities to expand production scale, enhance competitiveness, and gradually bring Vietnamese brands to the global market.

 

Notably, in 2025, COMOON was honored to be recognized among the Top 100 National Strong Brands, acknowledging its persistent efforts in building credibility, product quality, and a distinctive brand identity.
