Welcome to the world of COMOON, a special natural personal care brand crafted from Ben Tre coconuts, Vietnam.
Communicate and conduct transactions with domestic and international customers in need of trading coconut-related products.
Provide customer service, build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, and develop a comprehensive customer database.
Prepare sales contracts and production requests; monitor and follow up to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Identify and approach new customers to expand market coverage.
Ensure assigned targets, performance goals, and KPIs are achieved.
Research, identify, and develop new products that align with market trends and factory capabilities.
Stay updated on industry knowledge, including beverages, Food Safety & Hygiene regulations, and other relevant legal requirements to support business activities.
Maintain proper filing, storage, and confidentiality of documents and records in compliance with company policies.
Perform and report on tasks as assigned by the Sales Director/Deputy General Director in charge.
Utilize provided resources, assets, and operating budgets effectively.
Take responsibility for safeguarding company assets and brand reputation.
Carry out other duties as requested by the Sales Director/Deputy General Director in charge.
Male/Female, over 25 years old.
Presentable appearance.
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, International Business, or related fields.
Minimum 2 years of experience in international sales/business development, preferably in beverages or coconut-based products.
Solid understanding of export procedures and the supply chain process.
Proficiency in English and/or Chinese, Japanese, or Korean.
Ability to travel for business trips (if required).
Unlimited income potential (Base salary + Sales commission + KPIs + Allowances).
Fully equipped with necessary working tools and facilities.
