Before accepting the parcel:
Please carefully inspect the package. If there are any signs of it being wet, torn, dented, not intact, or if the recipient information is incorrect, kindly refuse to accept the order and notify COMOON via our Fanpage or Zalo at 0366 053 666. We will send you a replacement immediately.
After accepting and paying for the order:
If you open the package and discover any of the following issues, please contact our hotline 0366 053 666 or send product images via COMOON’s Fanpage. We will replace the product at no additional shipping cost.

Wrong item delivered, missing promotional gift
