VNPAY Payment Guide on Website

The VNPAY Payment Gateway is a payment solution developed by Vietnam Payment Solution Joint Stock Company (VNPAY). Customers can use bank cards/accounts, the QR Pay/VNPAY-QR feature integrated into the Mobile Banking applications of various banks, or linked e-wallets to make transactions and apply discount codes (if available).

Scan the VNPAY-QR code using 35+ Mobile Banking apps and 15+ linked e-wallets to complete your payment quickly and securely.

Payment Method via "VNPAY-QR Supported Payment Apps"

• Step 1: Select Products/Services and Proceed to Payment

Choose your desired products/services and click "Pay Now" or "Place Order."

On the checkout page, review your order, fill in the recipient's details, select VNPAY as the payment method, and click "Place Order Now."

• Step 2: Redirect to VNPAY Payment Gateway

The system will redirect you to the VNPAY payment interface.

Choose the "VNPAY-QR Supported Payment Apps" option.

• Step 3: Scan the QR Code to Make Payment

The system will display a QR code along with the payment amount. Please review the amount carefully.

Open your banking app (from the listed supported banks), select "Scan QR", and scan the QR code displayed on the website’s payment page.

Note: The QR code is valid for 15 minutes.
To ensure a smooth payment process, familiarize yourself with the scanning procedure beforehand. Avoid delays that may cause the QR code to expire, affecting your payment and promotional discounts.

• Step 4: Confirm Payment and Complete Order

Verify transaction details, enter any available discount codes, and proceed with the payment.

Once the payment is successfully completed, you will receive an order confirmation notification on the website.

2. Payment Method via “Domestic Card and Bank Account”

• Step 1: Select Products/Services and Proceed to Payment

Choose your desired products/services and click "Pay Now" or "Place Order."

On the checkout page, review your order, enter the recipient’s details, select VNPAY as the payment method, and click "Place Order Now."

• Step 2: Redirect to VNPAY Payment Gateway

The system will redirect you to the VNPAY payment interface.

Choose the “Domestic Card and Bank Account” payment method and select your preferred bank from the provided list.

• Step 3: Enter Payment Details and Verify OTP

Enter the required card/account details as prompted and click “Continue.”

An OTP (One-Time Password) will be sent to your registered phone number. Enter the OTP to complete the transaction.

Note: The transaction is valid for 15 minutes.

• Step 4: Confirm Payment and Order Completion

Once the payment is successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation notification on the website.

3. Payment Method via "International Payment Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, UnionPay)"

The process is similar to the "Domestic Card and Bank Account" payment method.

4. Payment Method via "VNPAY E-Wallet"

The process is similar to the "VNPAY-QR Supported Payment Apps" method.
