1. PAYMENT POLICY

1.1. Payment Methods

  • Customers can choose one or more payment methods for their orders when purchasing products on COMOON.VN:

1.1.1. Postpaid Payment: Payment upon delivery, including:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

1.1.2. Bank Transfer: Customers make a prepayment via bank transfer, including:

1.1.3. Online Payment via VNPAY:

  • Customers can make online payments securely through the VNPAY gateway.

1.2. Payment Terms & Conditions

1.2.1. Prepayment & Postpaid Payment:

  • Applicable to all customers of COMOON.VN using accepted payment methods.

1.2.2. Combination of Payment Methods:

  • Customers can only select one (01) payment method per order from the options listed in section 1.1.

1.2.3. Stored Payment Information – One-Click Checkout:

  • Once customers complete a successful payment, they can use the One-Click Checkout function by creating and logging into their COMOON account. The system will automatically store and pre-fill the following details for future orders:
  • Customer (or recipient) information: Name, phone number, address, email (if applicable)
  • Default payment method: Based on the previous order (customers can modify the payment method if desired).

2. SHIPPING POLICY

2.1. Shipping Methods & Coverage

2.1.1. Shipping Methods:

  • All orders are delivered via a third-party shipping service to the address provided by the customer during checkout.

2.1.2. Delivery Coverage:

  • Comoon ships nationwide to all 63 provinces and cities of Vietnam, except for island and archipelago regions.

2.2. Delivery Time

2.2.1. Shipping Schedule:

  • Comoon processes and ships orders Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

2.2.2. Estimated Delivery Time:

  • Based on the recipient's location, delivery is expected within 2-3 business days (excluding holidays).

2.2.2.1. For COD (Cash on Delivery) Orders:

  • Orders confirmed before 3:00 PM will be shipped on the same day.
  • Orders confirmed after 3:00 PM will be shipped by 12:00 PM on the next business day.

2.2.2.2. For Bank Transfer Payments:

  • Orders will be shipped after Comoon’s accounting team confirms payment receipt.
  • If payment is received before 3:00 PM, the order will be shipped on the same day.
  • If payment is received after 3:00 PM, the order will be shipped by 12:00 PM on the next business day  
  • (*) Delivery time is based on estimated shipping times provided by Giaohangtietkiem.

2.3. Shipping Fees

2.3.1. Standard Shipping Fee:

  • Comoon applies shipping fees to all orders unless stated otherwise in promotional programs. Shipping fees are based on the rates set by Giaohangtietkiem, which vary by delivery location and order weight.

2.3.2. For COD (Cash on Delivery) Orders:

  • Standard Shipping Fee: 30,000 VND

2.3.3. For Bank Transfer Payments:

  • Standard Shipping Fee: 20,000 VND (as part of ECOBOOK’s initiative to encourage online payments).

2.3.4. Express Delivery Fee:

  • Customers requesting express delivery will be charged an additional fee based on the recipient's location and order specifications
