1. EXCHANGE POLICY
For Direct Customers (purchasing via website, Facebook, or official e-commerce platforms)
Customers are encouraged to carefully inspect the package upon delivery. If the package shows signs of wetness, tearing, dents, damage, or incorrect recipient details, please refuse the delivery and report the issue to Comoon via Fanpage or Zalo: 0366 053 666. We will immediately arrange for a replacement shipment at no additional cost.
If customers have already received and paid for the order, they may still request an exchange if they discover any of the following issues upon opening the package:
Damaged packaging or broken products due to shipping.
Incorrect product delivery or missing promotional gifts.
Wrong product shipped compared to the original order.
For such cases, please contact our Hotline: 0366 053 666 or send product images via Comoon Fanpage. We will promptly arrange an exchange and cover all return shipping costs.
